The Security Forces - Wanni (SF-Wanni) recently inaugurated a newly upgraded accommodation complex for troops stationed at the Vavuniya Bus Stand on Saturday (06 Jan). Major General W.P.A.D.W Nanayakakara RSP VSV USP ndu, Commander, SF-Wanni, presided over the inauguration ceremony.

The project was initiated based on the concept of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu and under the guidance of Commander, SF-Wanni. The 22 Engineer Service Squadron at the SFHQ-Wanni carried out the construction work.

The General Officer Commanding, 56 Infantry Division, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks took part in the occasion.
