    Buttala OCDC Sessions Explore Dynamics of Conflicts Analysis

    The inaugural opening session of the Buttala Officer Career Development Centre’s (OCDC) annual seminar, themed on ‘Dynamics of Conflicts; Analysis within Regional and Global Context’ took place Thursday (31) morning at Buttala. At the invitation of Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake, Commander of the Army, Admiral Ravindra C Wijegunaratne, Chief of Defence Staff as the Chief Guest inaugurated the session after lighting the traditional oil lamp and making the keynote address to the occasion.
