221 Brigade Troops with Sponsor's Help Provide School Aids to Children's Home

The financial contribution, given by Mrs Nilanthi Joham, based in Germany enabled 221 Brigade troops of the 22 Division under command to the Security Force Headqutres-East organized a distribution of essential school items to 27 childrent at Rewatha Children’s Home in Trincomalee on Tuesday (18).

Colonel Sujeewa Rathnayake, Commander, 221 Brigade gave away organizational guidelines for the event. Each child got a school bag, a pair of school shoes and stationery, needed for educational purposes.

Senior officers, Officers and Other ranks took part in the event.
