The Young Officers’ Course No-67 A, held at the Army Training School (ATS) in Maduru Oya culminated on 14 October 2022 as planned.
83 Young Officers, belonging to different Regiments followed the 45 day-long course at the Training School in Maduru Oya before they are referred to other island-wide training schools in order to complete the next stages of their training to become full-pledged Officers.
Lieutenant T.M.C.M.B Tennakoone secured the first place out of all subjects in order of merits.
The Commandant, ATS awarded certificates to those Young Officers who followed the Course during a simple ceremony. Chief Instructor, Instructors and several Officers were present during the awarding ceremony.
