53 Division All Ranks Attend Workshop on Mental Health

A programme, meant to promote mental well-being and health of all ranks of the 53 Division, got underway at the Regimental HQ of Commando Regiment at Ganemulla for five days.

A total of 12 Officers and 300 Other Ranks from the 24 Sri Lanka Light Infantry, 12 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, 5 Gemunu Watch, 3 Gajaba Regiment, 1 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment and 6 Sri Lanka Light Infantry attended this five-day workshop organized at the request of Major General Udaya Herath, General Officer Commanding, 53 Division with the blessings of the 1 Corps Commander, Major General Crishantha Gnanaratne.
