Workshop Supported by ICRC Educates SF-East Troops

A workshop to educate Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers and Staff Officers serving under command to the Security Force Headquarters-East on ‘Military in Internal Security Operations’ got underway at the Security Force Headquarters (East), Welikanda during 3-4 March.

This workshop was conducted on the instructions, given by the Commander Security Forces- East Major General Channa Weerasuriya through the coordination of the Directorate of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law and the ICRC.
