The newly-appointed Commander, Security Forces-Mullaittivu, Major General Upali Rajapaksha made his formal visit to the 64 Division HQ, located in Oddusuddan, Mullaittivu on Tuesday (2).
During the visit, troops awarded a Guard Turnout to the visiting commander, Security Forces-Mullaittivu after he was welcomed by Major General Manjula Karunaratne, General Officer Commanding, 64 Division to the premises.
Afterwards, Major General Upali Rajapaksha addressed the troops before he was invited to leave memories by planting a mango sapling in the camp compound.
