Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda, Colonel Commandant, Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) Regiment and Commander, Security Forces Kilinochchi on Wednesday (20) laid the foundation stone for construction of the new Indoor Stadium and the Auditorium at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda during a simple ceremony.
The laying of the foundation-stone for this proposed project which is a long-felt need took place as members of the Maha Sangha went on chanting 'Seth Pirith'.
