Colonel Ebrahim Rohani, Military Attaché, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sri Lanka Tuesday (24) morning paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Crishanthe De Silva at the Army Headquarters.
The cordial meeting exchanged views on relations and goodwill that prevail and the visiting envoy extended greetings on behalf of the armed forces in Iran to the Commander. Towards the end of the courtesy call, both of them exchanged symbolic mementos as gestures of goodwill and memory.
One more senior officer of the Iranian Armed Forces was also associated with the courtesy visit.
