Troops including officers and other ranks serving the 68 Division in Puthukkudiyirippu, Mullaittivu of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) had the privilege of listening to a special lecture on ‘HIV and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)’, delivered by Mr. Ivan Perera and his team of the Social Service Foundation, John Keells Holding Limited at Puthukkudiyirippu Divisional Secretariat on Wednesday (10).
The programme was organized on the directions of Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana, General Officer Commanding, 68 Division.
The full day lecture covered the entire sphere of sexual education and related aspects.
More than 100 Army personnel attended the awareness programme.
