Foreign Defence Attachés of twelve countries, currently under training in India who attended the Defence Seminar 2014 at Colombo, visited the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on Tuesday (21).
Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN warmly received those foreign delegates and made a comprehensive presentation as regards to post-conflict peace building and restoration of normalcy and multi development projects, launched by the government in SFHQ-KLN area.
Major General Ranasinghe further explained the objectives and scope about establishment of the Harmony Center and 13 ongoing projects, initiated by SFHQ-KLN to improve the living standards of the people in Kilinochchi and also programmes on other livelihood assistance when the group visited the ‘Harmony Center’.
