Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) conducted 5 day workshop on ‘Middle Grade Officers’ Development’ for the betterment of 29 officers performing duties as the Second in Command (2IC) in respective Battalions of the SFHQ-KLN area. It took place at Wisdom Training School, Ampakaman from Monday to Friday (11 to 15).
On the directions of Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN, the workshop was coordinated by General Officer Commanding (GOC), 65 Division.
Impacts of Psychological and Information Warfare on the Society, Legal Regime Applicable in Internal Security (IS) and Counter Revolution Warfare (CRW) situation, Psychological Wellbeing, International Relation Regional Developments and Current Trends and Media Regulation and Interactions with Media Agencies were discussed during the workshop.
