Kilinochchi Troops Organize Annual Tour for Pre School Students

Troops of 11 Gajaba Regiment (GR) under 651 Brigade of 65 Division at Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) organized a 2-day educational tour for pre-school students at Annei Thuresha pre-school, Kilinochchi during Sunday and Monday (10 & 11).

This tour organized has been organized on the instructions of Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN and the guidance of General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 65 Division and Brigade Commander of 651 Brigade.

During the tour, they covered Sri Maha Bhodhi, Ruwanweli Maha Seya, Sigiriya, Thirukoneshwaram Kovil, Navy museum, Trincomalee Harbour, Marble Beach and hot water wells.

Army personnel were provided meals, accommodation, transportation and other essential requirements during the tour.

21 students, 21 parents, 7 teachers and 6 Army personnel participated in this educational tour.
