On the Directions of Major General Lal Perera, Commander, Security Force Headquarters East (SFHQ-E), Troops of 22 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (VIR) under 222 Brigade of 22 Division in SFHQ-E provided manpower assistance for construction of the ‘Stupa’ at Mahameunawa Bawana Asapuwa (Meditation Centre) at Serunuwara on Friday (29).
