Troops serving under the Security Force Headquaters East (SFHQ-EAST) performed several community projects including a Dengue Prevention Programme, ‘Shramadana’ campaign and the distribution of school occasions.
To eradicate the menace of Dengue, 8 Sri Lanka National Guard (8 SLNG) troops located at Periyawadduwan conducted a Dengue Prevention Programme together with villagers at Yodiyankattu Village, Koraleipattu on Monday (26).
Meanwhile, 11 Sri Lanka Artillery (11 SLA) troops in Vakarei organized a ‘Shramadana’ campaign to clean the surroundings at Dhaibu Ihalawawa Pre School, Dhibulagala on Monday (26).
