The second phase of the Basic Computer Course for Army personnel serving the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) began on Wednesday (28).
The course initiated under the directions of Major General Lal Perera, Commander, SFHQ-E aims to improve IT knowledge of the troops.
