Newly-constructed accommodation buildings at the Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) Regimental Headquarters premises for officers and non-commissioned officers at Panagoda were recently opened during brief ceremonies.
Major General E.P De Z Abeysekara, Deputy Chief of Staff and Colonel Commandant, SLSC as the Chief Guest after brief religious ceremonies, opened both buildings.
The new officers’ building provides accommodation facilities for 7 officers with separate rooms while the other building for non-commission officers is able to accommodate 50 persons. Both buildings have been provided with all necessary furniture and equipment.
