Civilians in close cooperation with the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) conducted a Sinhala Tamil New Year festival at Vellamullivaikkal West Playgrounds on Sunday (6).
Nearly 3500 people and 500 members of the armed forces gathered, to take part in the Sinhala and Tamil New Year festival, organized under the supervision of the 681 Brigade.
Day’s programme included many traditional games and followed a musical show.
