A gathering of 90 officers and about 1900 other ranks in the Army serving the Security Forces Headquarters, South (SFHQ-S) on Wednesday (4) met together at Panagoda Army Cantonment and listened to a special lecture, delivered by the Commander, SFHQ-S Major General S.R. Manawaduge.
The interactive lecture session provided the attendees with space to raise any queries or clarifications from their Commander.
