Two hundred school students and civilians living in Kiliweddi and Paddithidal relief centres had the rare chance of visiting the recent ‘Deyata Kirula’ mega exhibition at Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura, thanks to the arrangements made by 22 Division Headquarters.
The arrangement, initiated on the instructions of the General Officer Commanding 22 Division Headquarters, Trincomalee included a fair number of students from Trincomalee schools.
Those students, accompanied by their teachers and some parents were provided with free transport, meals and other facilities during the tour. Almost all the students and civilians appeared impressed with the visit to the exhibition of this magnitude for the first time during their lifespan.
