Major General Champaka Ranasinghe, Commander Security Forces - Wanni visited Bogoda Battalion Training School, under the Security Forces -Wanni on 11th January 2022 in order to observe the ongoing training sessions that began after COVID-19 epidemic on 09th December 2021.
After 2 years, 2 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment troops are following the Battalion training at Battalion Training School - Bogoda. During this visit, the Wanni Commander addressed the Officers and Other Ranks of 2 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment.
He emphasized the importance of training, maintaining the discipline and behaving with responsibility to ensure the dignity of the Sri Lanka Army and to discharge duties with responsibility to uplift the “Green Agriculture” programme which is now on.
