Major General Hemantha Bandara, Commander Security Forces - Wanni on Monday (15) visited the Forward Maintenance Area (North Central) HQ in Anuradhapura as his first visit to the Forward Maintenance Area (FMA) HQ.
The Commander was honoured in a Guard Turnout at the Headquarters of the FMA and invited to plant a sapling in the camp premises by the Commander, Forward Maintenance Area (North Central) Brigadier H. L Guruge. Thereafter a briefing on the role and tasks of logistic battalions was conducted by respective Battalion Commanders before he undertook a camp visit.
