English language course conducted for 16 officers at the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) came to an end on Friday (20) with award of certificates to the participants during a ceremony at the SFHQ-KLN auditorium.
The Course inaugurated on 12 January, following directions given by Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN.
Sixteen officers received proficiency certificates upon completion of the three-month long English course.
Adding significance to the day’s programme, course attendees displayed their skills, acquired from the course during a variety programme and received their certificates from the Chief Guest, Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe.
Large numbers of officers of the SFHQ-KLN graced the event.
Following officers obtained first, second and third places in the final grading.
