Mullattivu-based 68 Division troops of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on the directions of Major General Jagath Rathnayake, Commander, Security Forces - MLT and Major General Upali Rajapaksha, General Officer Commanding, 68 Division on Friday (30) carried out a disinfection and sterilization campaign in and around the public market place and fish market in order to mitigate risks of contamination during the spread of COVID - 19 threat.
The project covered public places in Udayarkattu, and Pudukudiyiruppu areas with the objective of freeing the areas from the threat of COVID-19 virus and other infectious germs.
