17 (Volunteer) Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) troops under command to the 65 Division of the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi at the request of the Divisional Secretary for Thunukkai put up an ornamental pandal across the main archway to the Divisional Secretariat office, crafted by the troops to be in line with the Presidential Mobile service, "Ekata Sitimu" project that got underway in Mullaittivu on Saturday (8).
