A Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour saluted the outgoing Major General Wasantha Madola, Commander, Logistic Command at Kosgama on Monday (11) in accordance with military traditions on the eve of his relinquishment of office at the Logistic Command Headquarters premises in Kosgama.
Later, addressing the troops of the Logistic Command, the outgoing Major General Wasantha Madola thanked All Ranks for the generous assistance and support extended to him during his tenure. He has now been appointed as the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) at AHQ. The event also included an All Rank tea after formalities.
