Mr Khalid Omar Ali, Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs in Somalia, currently visiting Sri Lanka at the invitation of the government, paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake Friday (9) evening.
The brief meeting focused on bilateral matters of security and other issues, relevant to both countries.
An exchange of mementos culminated the formal meeting.
