The Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) Headquarters with the objective of educating all ranks on administrative matters conducted the ‘Office Administrative Assistant Course - 88’ for 38 trainees and conducted its awarding ceremony on Saturday (8), headed by of Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa, SLAVF Commandant.
The course got underway under the Competency-Based Curricular from 26th July to 8th October 2022 and qualified the course attendees for the National Vocational Qualification Levels 3 & 4.
The women soldiers of the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps secured the first three places in the course.
The certificate awarding ceremony was attended by the Commandant, SLAVF as the Chief Guest, together with Major General Thusitha Silva, SLAVF’s Deputy Commandant, Colonel J.A.J Jayaratne, Commandant, SLAVF Training School.
