Troops of the Security Force HQ - East (SFHQ-E) on information provided by 3 (V) Military Intelligence Corps (MIC) troops along with Police and STF personnel successfully carried out several raids and recovered narcotics and cannabis to the market value of about Rs 3 million during 12 August - 20 September 2022.
59 gram of ICE (Methamphetamine), 260 mg of Heroin, 1,155 ltr of illicit liquor and 3,120 plants of cannabis were detected during those raids along with a few vehicles. Several suspects, apprehended during those raids were also handed over to respective Police stations for further investigations.
