On a proposal made by Major General A.K.S. Perera, Commander, Security Forces Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C), a Bodhi Pooja programme was organized by the troops at the Forward Ordnance Depot (FOD) - Diyatalawa to invoke blessings on Army personnel serving under the SFHQ-C on Medin Full Moon Poya Day (5) at the SFHQ-C premises.
