The second Court Martial probing into General Sarath Fonseka’s violation of military procurement procedures resumed its sittings on Thursday (3) at 3.00 p.m.
During the sessions, witness evidence was led by the prosecution and was subsequently cross-examined by Defence Counsel.
The next hearing is to resume on 21st June 2010 at 4.00. p.m. (Ends)
