613 Brigade troops of the of 61 Division under command to the Security Force Headquarters -West organized a 'Leadership Training' programme for 300 students at the University of Ruhuna on 20 October.
Major General Mohan Rathnayake, General officer Commanding of 61 Division gave guidelines for conduct of the project.
