The completely-renovated holiday bunglow of the 682 Brigade, 'Bimwadiya' inside the camp in Pudukuduirippu Mullaittivu was recently declared open by Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe, Commander Security Forces - Mullaittivu in order to enhance welfare facilities of officers and other ranks at the invitation of Major General Rohan Ponnamperuma, General Officer Commanding, 68 Division and Brigadier Chaminda Galappatti, 682 Brigade Commander.
The renovation of the holiday bunglow as well as the mini swimming pool inside the location was supported by donors at the invitation of the 682 Brigade Commander who took the initiative in finding the donors.
This renovation project was completely carried out by technical staff at the 682 Brigade as per instructions of the General Officer Commanding, 68 Division.
