The UK based ‘Ranaviru Fund’, an organization, comprised of expatriate Sri Lankans, has couriered a consignment of jell socks, worth about Rs 15 lakhs to the Seva Vanitha Army Branch (SVAB) for the use of disable War Heroes still under treatment.
The stock, designed particularly for tropical countries, like Sri Lanka, is meant specially for disable War Heroes, engaged in sports activities.
On previous occasions too, the same organization has offered various gestures of assistance to the War Heroes by way of sending medical items, essentials and other required provisions.
