People of all ethnicities in Periyamadu and Palampiddi areas flocked to see the Vesak decorations made by troops of the 26 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) unit serving those areas.
Vesak lanterns and other decorations were on display for two days (May 14-15) in the area.
