Newly- Appointed CTS Commandant Begins His Duties

The newly-appointed Commandant, Combat Training School (CTS), Brigadier N. R Lamahewage assumed duties as the 38th Commandant on Thursday(10) at the Combat Training School Headquarters in Ampara.

He was honoured by CTS troops on arrival in a Guard Turnout and a ceremonial parade before he signed an official document amid religious blessings, to symbolize his acceptance of the new office.

By planting a Mango sapling in the premises afterwards he added memories. He later on addressed the troops.
