‘Abimansala 3’, the newest wellness resort at Pangolla, Kurunegala where another batch of some 50 dependent War Heroes of the North Western Province is to be housed for life-time care, rehabilitation, rest and recreation, is to be ceremonially opened in a couple of hours by HE the President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
