Passing out Parade (PoP) of 178 recruits of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP) who followed the 66 SLCMP Recruit Training Course took place recently at SLCMP Training School, Sudugalkanda, Giritale.
Lieutenant Colonel A.C.A De Soyza, Commanding Officer, 1 SLCMP as the Chief Guest, received the salute of the graduates, including 9 woman soldiers who were passing out during the PoP ceremony after three-month long training.
Special merit awards were given to following categories under different fields of excellence on the same occasion.
Shooting, Parade Commander, Best All Rounder and a few more fields.
