Major General C. Kalutharaarachchi assumed office as the new Director General of the Directorate of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering on 14th February 2025 at Army Headquarters during a brief religious ceremony.
The new Director General symbolically placed his signature on a formal document amidst the chanting of prayers by members of the clergy, marking the acceptance of his new appointment.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks were present at the occasion.
