Colonel Chanaka Prathapasinghe on Thursday (21) assumed office as the 7th Director of the Information Technology (DIT) at his office in Panagoda amid religious observances.
Colonel Chanaka Prathapasingha signed an official document to signify the acceptance of the new appointment.
He succeeds Major General Ashoka Peiris who was recently appointed as Chief Signal Officer and Colonel Commandant of SLSC.
