Brigadier Jayantha Patabendige of Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) assumed office as the 5th Director of the Army Research Analysis, Projection and Development Branch on Thursday (17) at his office in the Army Cantonment at Panagoda.
The newly-appointed Director left his signature for an official document and symbolized the acceptance of the new office, amid religious observances.
Staff officers, Officers and Other Ranks in the Directorate were present at the occasion He succeeded Brigadier Prasad Akuranthilake who retired from the Army.
