With the objective of fulfilling a long-standing welfare need of lower ranks serving at the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi, Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi laid the cornerstone at the auspicious minute to construct a well-designed accommodation facility as the Corporals' Club on Friday (30).
