Major General Sena Waduge assumed office as the new Commander of the Sri Lanka Army Training Command (ARTRAC) at Diyatalawa during a brief ceremony held on Thursday (21).
Brigadier Training, Brigadier Chandra Jayaweera welcomed the new ARTRAC Commander on arrival at the main entrance and the new ARTRAC Commander was presented a Guard Turnout in keeping with traditions.
The new Commander assumed his duties amid blessings of the Maha Sangha. He was also planted a sapling to symbolize the occasion of assuming duties. Thereafter, he addressed the officers and other ranks at ARTRAC where he stressed his intentions and future plans for the ARTRAC.
During his troop address, he emphasized the significant role which the ARTRAC has to play towards the successful achievement of the objectives of Sri Lanka Army Way Forward strategy as the apex body of the Army training. spy offers | Mens Flynit Trainers
