Terrorism could be wiped out from the face of the earth if all countries emulated Malaysia’s example and cooperated for that purpose, Military spokesman Brigadier Ruwan Wanigasooriya told the media yesterday (28).He thanked Malaysia for arresting the LTTE cadres operating on its soil.
The military spokesman requested other countries to help Sri Lanka arrest LTTE cadres.
He said so after Malaysia had handed over three LTTE cadres who were collecting funds to revive terrorism here to Sri Lanka. It was not the first time that Malaysia had helped track down terrorists, he added.(Courtesy :- ‘The Island’)
