Lecture on ‘Capstone Doctrine’ Educates East & Wanni-based Officers

A lecture to educate Officers serving under command to the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) on the ‘Sri Lanka Army Capstone Doctrine’ compiled by the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) was conducted at the SFHQ-E at Welikanda on Saturday (13).

It was done on the instructions of Major General Channa Weerasuriya, Commander, Security Forces - East through the coordination of the Sri Lanka Army Training Command (ARTRAC).

Lieutenant Colonel Lasith Thabrew, Colonel Strategic and Doctrine at the ARTRAC educated the gathering.

Meanwhile, Lieutenant Colonel Lasith Thabrew, Colonel Strategic and Doctrine at the ARTRAC conducted a similar lecture on the same topic at the Security Force Headquarter - Wanni on 14 March.
