1 Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (1 SLAGSC) troops in Kuttigala detachment in line with the ongoing 'Thuru Mithuru Nawa Ratak' launched a tree planting programme in catchment areas around several tanks in the general area of Kuttigala on Saturday (9).
Organized the 1 SLAGSC detachment, commanded by Captain B.I.S.S C Weerakoon, Officer Commanding, Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Farm in Kuttigala, all ranks of this unit under the patronage of Lieutenant Colonel C.S Demuni, Commanding Officer, 1 Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps contributed to the project.
