The Colombo ‘Success’ led by Dr Anula Wijesundara, together with a team of medical officers and assistants at the invitation of the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), held a mobile medical clinic at Veravel and Jayapuram areas on Sunday (14).
About 400 civilians with health complications sought medical consultation from the medical officers who gave away medicine as well to the patients free of charge.
A separate lecture conducted by one of the specialists afterwards educated the Army personnel on ‘Dangers of Drug Addiction’ before the programme came to an end.
