A felicitation ceremony for the newly-promoted Commander, Forward Maintenance Area – Kilinochchi (FMA-KLN) Major General Piyal Nanayakkarawasam awarded military honours at the FMA Headquarters on Wednesday (10) on his arrival at the premises.
The newly-promoted Major General was honoured in a Guard turnout and a subsequent Guard of Honour at the HQ in accordance with military traditions.
Commander Forward Maintenance Area (KLN) planted a Sandalwood sapling near the Shrine inside the premises. All the Commanding Officers of log units under command to the HQ were present. He also addressed the troops before joining for refreshments. Sports Shoes | NIKE
