At the request of the Director and Medical Staff in the Jaffna Teaching Hospital, service-oriented 512 Brigade troops of the 51 Division of the Security Force HQ-Jaffna promptly obliged and manhandled a stock of 57 Australia-gifted cardiac beds to the 3rd floor of the newly-constructed ward complex at Jaffna Teaching Hospital recently.
Guided by Brigadier Eranda Ratnayake, Commander, 512 Brigade, the General Officer Commanding of the 51 Division, Major General Sumith Premalal closely supervised the supportive operation that took a few hours for the troops.
