Lieutenant Colonel Puneet Sushil, Assistant Defence Adviser in the High Commission of India for Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on the Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General Priyantha Perera at the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna on Friday (12).
